February: Great Public Gardens in Massachusetts. A Virtual Talk given by Judith Irven, professional Vermont horticulturalist. Gardens featured include Berkshire Botanical Gardens, Tower Botanical Gardens, Garden in the Woods, Smith College, and others. This will be a talk via Zoom on Thursday, February 25 at 7:00 pm. April: Virtual screening of Hometown Habitat Stories of Doug Tallamys Bringing Nature Home, and discussion with Catherine Zimmerman. Zimmerman is a documentary filmmaker, horticulturist, and community organizer. May: Nursery tour featuring the salix, or willow, species.
June: Two-garden tour in Morrisville and Hyde Park.
July: Montpelier garden tour. And, botanical foray to two wetlands in central Vermont.
August: Three separate events and dates: Landscape Plants and Demonstration Gardens at UVM, botanical outing for ferns, and Annual Plant and Book Sale.
November: Annual Meeting. Cancelled due to Covid concerns.
