February: Ecology of Northern White Cedar, An In-Depth Look.  Talk with Liz Thompson, Director of Conservation Science for The Vermont Land Trust, and co-author of Wetland, Woodland, Wildland.  Saturday, February 22, 10:30AM at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library, 135 Main Street, Montpelier, VT.  Talk is free, and open to the public.

March: CANCELLED  Ecosystem Science and Solutions (Video).  Video by Doug Tallamy, author of Bringing Nature Home,  co-author of The Living Landscape: Designing for Beauty and Biodiversity in the Home, and upcoming book Nature's Best Hope: A New Approach to Conservation that Starts in Your Yard.  He is Chair of the University of Delaware Entomology and Wildlife Ecology Department.  Saturday, March 21, 10:30AM at the Kellogg-Hubbard Library, 135 Main Street, Montpelier, VT.  Dr. Tallamay's Video will be followed by a discussion on implementing his strategies.  Presentation is free, and open to the public.

June: CANCELLED.  private single-garden tour featuring birches, rhododendrons, evergreens, and ground covers.

July: Tour of two nurseries. 

August: Botanical outing with VT Botanical and Bird Club

August: Annual Plant and Book Sale, with Potluck.
